    General Assembly

    The highest decision-making body, composed of regular members. It resolves charter amendments, budgets and accounts, business plans, approval of the incoming President and election of auditors.

    Board of Directors

    Deliberates matters delegated by the general assembly and items on research, finance and external cooperation; auditors review accounts and operations.

    Two auditors (two-year term) audit accounts and operations and report to the assembly.

    Presidency

    Comprises the President and Vice Presidents, representing the Society and setting the direction of its work.
